#TOPJOB: A-TEAM offers you this exciting career opportunity as a Recruiting Expert (m/f/d) with our client, a large German supermarket chain, in Rosbach vor der Höhe. The position is to be filled immediately for 6-9 months.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from creating job advertisements to the successful onboarding of new employees
• You maintain applicant data and carry out preliminary selection through qualified telephone interviews
• You determine gross salaries, create employment contracts, and act as a liaison to the works council
• You represent the company at career fairs and represent the Recruiting Center
• You coordinate all interfaces (HR, Administration, Payroll, and Sales) and ensure a smooth process

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training, e.g., as a personnel services clerk, or a degree with a focus on HR
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting
• You speak German at a native level
• You are characterized by a proactive, communicative, and empathetic approach
• You are proficient in MS Office
• You have a valid driver's license and your own car
