Our experienced teams are located nationwide in beautiful locations such as Hannover, Hamburg, Osnabrück, Stuttgart, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Nuremberg, Frankfurt am Main, and many others. Together, we realize diverse and complex construction projects across disciplines.

Your Tasks

• Management of the entire application process: job posting, coordination & execution of interviews up to hiring
• Collaboration with specialist departments to precisely define requirement profiles and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Active sourcing of potential candidates on XING and LinkedIn
• Participation in the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen our employer brand
• Participation in HR projects and continuous improvement of recruiting processes
• Participation in recruiting events, e.g., career fairs

What You Bring

• Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, (Business) Psychology, or completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in recruiting specialists and managers in a technical environment, especially in the areas of rail and transport infrastructure (e.g., civil engineering, geotechnics, planning, and construction supervision)
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Structured and independent way of working, as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Team spirit and hands-on mentality
