As a Recruiting Manager within our Technology practice, you will be responsible for driving business development and expanding an existing client base while identifying and securing new opportunities. You will introduce our services through a combination of virtual, phone, and in-person meetings, partnering with clients to deliver tailored talent solutions and maximize engagement.
Key responsibilities include recruiting, evaluating, and placing technology professionals into full-time positions with clients, while delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing consistent communication, market insight, and career guidance throughout the hiring process.
You will also lead offer negotiations, including compensation, fees, and guarantees, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties. Actively participating in industry associations and networking events will be critical to strengthening our market presence and building brand awareness within the local community.
Success in this role requires a strong focus on performance, with the ability to meet and exceed established KPIs related to business development, placements, and revenue generation.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a sales-based role with heavy client facing functions.
Qualifications
- A business-related degree a plus.
- 2+ years of experience and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required.
- Successful candidates will have a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
- Experience selling within Technology field highly desired
- The ability to leverage experience to manage and grow the business.
