Looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role where you can learn how a growing team attracts talent and keeps operations running smoothly? As a Recruiting & Operations Intern, you’ll get real exposure to both sides of the business—helping connect great people with opportunities while supporting the behind-the-scenes processes that make it all work.

This is an interim/internship opportunity, ideal for college students or recent graduates who want to build practical experience, develop business skills, and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

Support the Recruiting Team

  • Help bring job opportunities to life by setting up roles, candidates, and companies in our CRM
  • Match candidates to open roles and assist in building strong talent pipelines
  • Create polished candidate summaries and recruiting materials (yes, you’ll get to use tools like Canva)
  • Format resumes and prepare candidates for client submission
  • Post jobs on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings with team members
  • Help prep weekly reports and keep the team organized and informed

Learn the Operations Side of the Business

  • Help maintain accurate employee and consultant records
  • Support internal systems and tools (CRM, Smartsheet, and more)
  • Generate reports and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Get Involved with the Team

  • Help create internal communications and social content
  • Support planning for events like networking sessions, seminars, and team celebrations
  • Assist with presentations, training programs, and special projects
  • Jump in to help wherever needed—this is a great place to learn by doing

What We’re Looking For

  • Current college student or recent graduate (all majors welcome)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office; bonus if you’ve used LinkedIn, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
