Recruiting Operations & Sourcing Contractor

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical roles and building candidate pipelines
• Managing interview logistics and ensuring smooth operations within the recruiting process
• Maintaining data hygiene in the ATS and providing insights on recruiting performance

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruiting operations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Curious and resourceful with the ability to quickly learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
