Seeking a highly analytical and strategic Recruiting Operations Manager. This full-time remote position will manage recruiting systems, reporting, process optimization, and workflow automation to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience in a rapidly growing Talent Acquisition organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic owner and administrator of Ashby ATS, including workflows and reporting
  • Analyze funnel conversion and recruiter productivity to identify and implement operational improvements
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to design scalable recruiting processes supporting organizational growth

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or related fields
  • Strong ATS administration experience; familiarity with Ashby preferred
  • Advanced experience with recruiting analytics and operational metrics
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and recruiting analytics tools
  • Experience in presenting operational insights and process recommendations to leadership
