What You’ll Own

  • Full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume contract security environment
  • Sourcing and staffing for multiple locations across IL & the Midwest
  • Building strong candidate pipelines—fast
  • Partnering with managers to hit aggressive hiring goals

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, deadlines, and locations
  • Strong phone + virtual interviewing skills
  • Self-starter who moves fast and adapts quickly

Compensation & Perks

  • $45,000 – $50,000 base salary
  • Hybrid schedule (3 days remote)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Experience

  • Proven experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition roles within fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo; experience with HRIS platforms like SAP PeopleSoft or UltiPro is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
