About the role

Job Description

  • Conduct 130–150 weekly phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, work history, and interest, supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
  • Review and assess 200+ candidate applications per week from job boards, email submissions, and internal databases to identify qualified talent.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to align screening criteria with role requirements, ensuring only qualified candidates advance to the next stage.
  • Deliver a professional candidate experience by clearly communicating role details and company information, maintaining high engagement and response rates.
  • Maintain 100% accurate documentation of candidate interactions and screening outcomes in the ATS, providing actionable feedback and recommendations to recruiters.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: bilingual: Spanish/English
  • Must have previous experience in recruitment; High Volume Phone Screens 150 a week
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be MS Office proficient.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check required.
