Recruiting Specialist & Talent Acquisition Partner – Headquarters in Leoben, Austria.
You will connect with stakeholders, build meaningful relationships, and match exceptional talent with impactful opportunities, helping to grow teams that drive Europe’s technological independence and global competitiveness.

• You work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and stakeholders across departments, translating their needs into smart sourcing strategies.
• Transparency, partnership, and a strong sense of direction shape the way you guide both candidates and teams.
• You enjoy moving things forward.
• Whether through active sourcing, networking, or building talent communities, you create momentum.
• You represent our culture with confidence and help candidates experience AT&S long before they step into the role.
• You feel comfortable using systems and data, including SAP SuccessFactors, to keep processes efficient and transparent.
• You use insights to improve how we recruit and make informed decisions.

• You learn every day—from operations on the shop‑floor to engineering teams working on next‑generation technologies, to corporate functions supporting our global growth.

Requirements

• Excellent German and English skills are essential.
• While much of your work happens digitally, you value being present on site in Leoben – supported by the flexibility of home‑office days when needed.
