Responsibilities
- Operate as a full-lifecycle recruiter driving L4-L5 technical talent acquisition by both building pipeline and closing candidates.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging and partnering with executive management, and other groups as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience recruiting for technical or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting.
- Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience with engaging for top technical talent.
- Experience solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as a unique contributor.
- Ability to handle customer relationship management and work in a large-team environment, with excellent customer consultative skills.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Proven track record of personal accountability with excellent work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
