Responsibilities
- Strategic consulting of executives in planning, designing and implementing efficient recruiting and personnel acquisition processes
- Independent management of the entire recruiting process – from clarifying requirements through advertising and selection to the successful integration of new employees
- Building and maintaining appreciative relationships with applicants and close cooperation with future colleagues and internal interfaces
- Active shaping and further development of employer branding (trade fair appearances, recruiting events, internal and external events, professional company presence)
- Continuous optimization and further development of People & Culture processes along the entire employee life cycle
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies with an HR focus (University of Applied Sciences/University) or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in recruiting required, ideally in a law firm or a consulting-related environment (e.g., consulting, financial services)
- Creativity in developing new ideas for employer branding measures
- Independent, proactive way of working combined with a high degree of team orientation and commitment
- Strong interest in digitalization, process optimization and automation in the People & Culture environment
- Communicative personality with a strong hands-on mindset

Compensation
The gross monthly salary for this position is at least EUR 3,400,-- based on full-time employment. Of course, we are happy to pay more for outstanding experience, qualifications, and successes!
