Am Hauptsitz der AKG Gruppe in Hofgeismar nördlich von Kassel erfolgt die zentrale Steuerung der Gruppenaktivitäten, die Forschung & Entwicklung sowie die Betreuung europäischer und globaler Kunden. Auch zwei Produktionsgesellschaften befinden sich am Standort.

Your Tasks at AKG

• Creation and coordination of job profiles together with HR business partners
• Operational recruiting and applicant management for employees, temporary workers, and trainees
• Cooperation with agencies and temporary employment agencies (profile requirements, pre-selection, coordination)
• Publication of vacancies and selection of suitable job portals, including performance evaluation
• Prescreening of incoming applications and applicant correspondence
• Organization and, if necessary, conducting of interviews
• Administrative implementation (e.g., works council hearings, temporary employment contracts, contract preparation, rejections)

What You Bring

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in recruiting or personnel management
• Very good German and good English skills
• Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
• High degree of responsibility, discretion, and organizational skills
