Recruiting Specialist Fokus SAP & Active Sourcing (m/w/d)

In this position, you will take end-to-end control of recruiting for hard-to-fill in-house SAP and IT roles in the DACH region. You will work closely with executives, build talent pools, and strengthen VESI DACH's employer branding. You will use Active Sourcing and the ATS softgarden to ensure transparency and clear processes. The role offers influence on culture, processes, and employer visibility in a growing IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting processes end-to-end control (needs analysis, job postings, interview steps, coordination with departments)
• Maintain candidate communication and status in softgarden and record KPIs
• Use Active Sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn) and strategically build talent pools
• Strategically use job postings, increase reach, and provide storytelling for VESI DACH
• Take responsibility for authentic employer image and employer branding
• Collaborate with executives and hiring managers for needs and profile alignment
• Build network in the relevant target group environment
• Willingness to co-shape the recruiting roadmap and budget/resource planning

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business, social sciences, or comparable field
• Practical experience in recruiting SAP environment and strength in Active Sourcing (Boolean operators, search strings)
• Understanding of SAP roles and modules as well as project contexts
• Confident direct approach behavior and a knack for talent-winning communication
• Structured way of working, hands-on mentality, and a desire to build
• Willingness to make yourself visible and share content on LinkedIn
• Experience with AI-supported research or sourcing is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
