Opening General Manager – Beach Club

Responsibilities

1. Data organization

   • Create ONE Excel sheet including all applicants with information from:
     • CV
     • LinkedIn
     • screening question responses
   • Data fields include:
     • Name
     • Location
     • Nationality
     • Current job title
     • Current employer
     • Years of experience
     • Type of venues worked in
     • Pre-opening experience (Yes/No)
     • Monthly salary expectation
     • Notice period
     • Willing to relocate
     • Team size managed
     • P&L responsibility
     • Highest revenue handled (if available)
     • LinkedIn profile link
     • CV link
     • Recruiter notes
     • Score
     • Interview score
     • Final recommendation

2. Candidate evaluation

   • Evaluate relevance for beach club concept:
     • high priority experience: beach club, lifestyle venue, high-volume restaurant, nightlife venue, lounge, resort F&B
     • lower priority: purely administrative roles, assistant roles without responsibility, junior hotel roles without operational leadership

3. First round interviews

   • Interview approx. 30–40 candidates.
   • Evaluate:
     • communication skills
     • leadership experience
     • real operational responsibility
     • salary expectations
     • suitability for beach club environment

4. Final shortlist

   • Provide:
     • shortlist of 8–12 recommended candidates
     • explanation for selection
     • complete Excel sheet including all applicants

Requirements

• Experience recruiting hospitality roles
• Experience screening large number of applicants
• Strong LinkedIn research skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to conduct professional video interviews
• Ability to identify strong operational candidates

Preferred:

• Experience hiring general managers, operations managers, or hospitality leadership roles.
