About Us

As a central part of the organization, the HR department supports employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle and assists managers with advice and action in all HR-related matters. The team consists of specialists in HR Business Partnering, payroll, and time tracking. Furthermore, we focus on attracting and retaining talent in personnel recruitment and marketing. Expertise in labor law, HR controlling, training, and international mobility are also part of the team. All activities are framed and supported by customized HR IT solutions.

What You'll Do

  • People make the difference – you know this and do everything you can to bring the best talents and top professionals into the company.
  • Specifically, you will clarify requirements for new positions with the specialist department and advertise them on the appropriate platforms, keeping the target audience in mind.
  • Subsequently, you will review incoming applications, assess their suitability for the role, and conduct initial interviews.
  • After the pre-selection, you will organize interviews (in-person, digital, telephone) with the specialist department and the HR Business Partner.
  • Where necessary, you will also actively search for and approach candidates in the market, especially on business networks like LinkedIn or XING.
  • Throughout the entire recruiting process, you will advise and support managers on the fillability of positions, the candidate market, and the progress of the process.
  • To increase our visibility as an employer, you will participate in career fairs and similar recruiting events.

What You Bring

  • Relevant education (e.g., industrial clerk, HR services clerk), specialized further training (e.g., certified HR specialist), or a degree with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience (min. 3 years) in personnel recruitment / recruiting / talent acquisition / active sourcing in the tasks mentioned above.
  • Practical experience with applicant management systems (e.g., GuideCom HR Suite, TalentLink).
  • Professional demeanor towards internal clients and candidates.
  • You think and act cross-functionally and always keep your results and customers in mind.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
