Responsibilities

  • You analyze the desired candidate profile together with the specialist departments and develop target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies based on this.
  • You create and publish job advertisements and ensure targeted distribution on relevant channels and platforms.
  • You actively and target-specifically identify and approach candidates.
  • You manage the entire recruiting process from pre-selection and interview coordination to the decision in close coordination with the specialist departments.
  • You ensure a consistently professional candidate experience and act as a central interface between candidates and specialist departments.
  • You actively contribute to the further development of recruiting and sourcing processes as well as tools and standards within recruiting.

Qualifications

  • Completed training or studies in human resources, business, or psychology, or an equivalent qualification related to personnel acquisition.
  • Experience in personnel acquisition, active sourcing, sales, or HR-related, project-oriented activities.
  • Confident use of recruiting and sourcing methods as well as digital tools.
  • Ability to analyze target groups and develop suitable search and approach strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, convincing demeanor.
  • Proactive, structured, and independent way of working with a high degree of service orientation towards candidates and specialist departments.
  • Enjoyment of building and further developing things.
  • Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
