Responsibilities

  • You manage the entire recruiting process for various target groups, from creating requirement profiles and placing job advertisements to actively searching for candidates (Active Sourcing) and conducting candidate interviews.
  • You proactively identify and approach potential candidates through various channels such as social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Xing), job boards, and industry events.
  • You are the first point of contact for our applicants, conduct telephone and in-person interviews, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • You advise our managers on all recruiting matters and build strong relationships with the specialist departments.
  • You track relevant recruiting KPIs to measure the success of your measures and continuously optimize the process.

Qualifications

  • You already have several years (approx. 5+) of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, ideally in an industrial environment.
  • You are proficient in using common recruiting channels and tools, including SAP SuccessFactors, and have a passion for active candidate sourcing.
  • You are communicative, empathetic, and can inspire people for our corporate group. Your demeanor is professional and convincing.
  • You have excellent people skills and the ability to assess the professional and cultural suitability of candidates.
  • You work in a structured and independent manner, maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment, and have fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
