Your Role
In the position as Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d) in Hannover, you are constantly in contact with a wide variety of applicants from the commercial sector. You are an important part of DIS AG and bring together companies and applicants together with our sales team.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the entire application process for specialists and executives in the commercial sector
- You look after your existing network and constantly identify highly qualified candidates via social media, job portals, and recommendations
- You approach talents via various platforms and inspire them for a joint collaboration
- You review application documents and conduct telephone, virtual, and personal interviews with candidates to determine their qualifications and advise them on new job opportunities
- In constant exchange with our sales team, you work together to create a positive candidate experience and act as a permanent contact person for our applicants
- The development of new recruiting strategies is also a focus
- New ideas for further personnel recruitment measures are welcome
- The creation of creative and meaningful job descriptions is also part of your tasks
- You sustainably look after your candidate network in order to adequately fill future positions
Qualifications
- You have a completed university degree or a commercial apprenticeship
- You already have several years of experience in recruiting
- An varied activity in recruiting or applicant management sparks your interest
- You enjoy accompanying people on their career path and advising them
- You see yourself as a doer who works very operationally and enjoys topics such as active sourcing, talent management, multi-channel recruiting, and conducting qualified personal interviews
- As a sales-oriented recruiting personality, you find it easy to approach people and build a strong network
- With your confident and eloquent demeanor, you convince the high potentials of tomorrow
- You have a strong feel for people and use your communication and negotiation skills appropriately
- You are already familiar with modern recruiting tools, e.g. Xing TalentManager and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile
