With us, you will accompany the entire recruiting process - from the initial contact to hiring - and work closely with the specialist departments. With your intuition for people, your presence at career fairs, and your communicative nature, you will win the right talents for our construction projects throughout Germany.

Responsibilities

• Holistic support of the recruiting process for commercial, construction-technical, and administrative positions
• Close cooperation with our specialist departments for the precise filling of open positions
• Independent creation and publication of job advertisements on relevant platforms as well as maintenance in the applicant management system
• Screening, qualified pre-selection, and targeted matching of talents to our vacancies
• Proactive identification and direct approach of suitable talents for challenging positions
• Organization and execution of interviews
• Support in the planning, organization, and execution of recruiting events and career fairs nationwide

Qualifications

• Completed business studies, a commercial apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification with a focus on Personnel / Human Resources
• Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a corporate environment or a technically oriented environment
• Market knowledge for the Berlin and surrounding area, ideally for the construction industry
• Experience in in-house recruiting and active sourcing (especially with LinkedIn)
• Ideally, experience with the applicant management system »SAP SuccessFactors«
• Team player with a structured, independent way of working combined with strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel for regular presence at our branches in Rangsdorf and Eisenhüttenstadt (regular place of work is Berlin)
