Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire hiring journey.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and stakeholders across departments, translating their needs into smart sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure transparency, partnership, and a strong sense of direction when guiding both candidates and teams.
  • Move things forward through active sourcing, networking, or building talent communities, creating momentum.
  • Represent our culture with confidence and help candidates experience AT&S long before they step into the role.
  • Use systems and data, including SAP SuccessFactors, to keep processes efficient and transparent.
  • Leverage insights to improve how we recruit and make informed decisions.
  • Be present on‑site in Leoben while benefiting from the flexibility of home‑office days when needed.

Your Profile
