About Us

The ITL Industrietechnik Lausitz GmbH has been successfully active in the market for over 35 years. As a medium-sized company with around 50 external employees, we stand for stability, short distances, and personal interaction.

Your Tasks

• Recruiting of specialists in the national and international environment
• Creation and optimization of job advertisements
• Development and support of our social media channels in recruiting
• Communication with applicants and employees
• Support in personnel placement
• Maintenance of applicant and employee data
• Organization of office procedures and co-design of internal processes

What You Bring

• Very good German language skills, other languages are an advantage
• Interest in recruiting, communication, and social media
• Structured and independent way of working
• Confident use of MS Office and PC applications
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
