About the role

Delta Construction Partners is seeking a high-performing, metrics-driven Recruiting Training Manager to build, lead, and scale our internal recruiting training program across the organization.

This is a key leadership role responsible for developing elite recruiters, driving production, and ensuring consistent execution across our teams nationwide.

The Role

You will own the training, development, and performance improvement of recruiters and account managers across Delta Construction Partners.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role tied directly to production and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and implement a structured recruiting training program (entry-level through experienced recruiters)
  • Identify skill gaps and coach recruiters to hit KPI and revenue targets
  • Lead onboarding, training sessions, and weekly development workshops
  • Partner with leadership to align training with company goals and hiring strategy
  • Develop training materials including scripts, sourcing strategies, and closing techniques
  • Track performance metrics (calls, submittals, interviews, placements) and drive accountability
  • Improve recruiter productivity through real-time coaching, call reviews, and role play
  • Train on ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, urgency, and execution
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs accordingly

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruiting (agency preferred) or staffing leadership
  • Experience training, mentoring, or managing recruiters
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, KPIs, and production metrics
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • High energy, competitive, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience building or scaling training programs is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
