Personnel Consultants at 100% / Branch Manager for Basel

Your mission:

As a Personnel Consultant / Branch Manager, you will be required to:

• Prospect for new partners and carry out personalized client follow-up
• Organize the management of your sector
• Discover talent for all positions in the industry, which you propose according to the needs, both for permanent and temporary positions
• Prepare and publish advertisements on various sites
• Anticipate your sourcing of candidates
• Ensure commercial follow-up with the various partners

Required skills:

We are looking for professionals with a taste for challenge, a sense of responsibility, and proven tenacity. The following are essential:

• Capable of working independently and in pairs
• Acute sense of service
• Open-minded with values in line with our company
• Mastery of tools (MS Office, Zoom, Teams) and social networks
• Excellent command of written and spoken French and German

Your profile:

• You have experience as a specialist consultant in a placement agency or as a recruiter
• You demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local market and its players, acquired through your established network in the field and/or through professional contacts
• You master the basics of recruitment, are proactive in sourcing in order to support candidates in line with client requests
