About the Role:
As a Permanent Placement Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top talent, and making successful placements in your vertical or territory. You’ll be the go-to expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop new business and generate job orders
- Source and manage top-tier candidates
- Present your most placeable candidates to employers
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement
- Collaborate with peers and contribute to a culture of excellence
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience (or 3+ years B2C)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A results-driven mindset and high sense of urgency
- A passion for recruitment and helping people succeed

Renumeration:
$55,000 base salary + uncapped commission
