In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC) is looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This role plays a critical part in delivering top talent to clients across private aviation, MRO, and flight operations. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in recruiting and sales within a fast-paced, high-performance staffing environment. You’ll work closely with experienced Sales and Account Managers, gain exposure to client relationships and hiring strategy, and contribute directly to revenue-generating work from day one.

What you’ll do:

• Source and engage qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate pre-screens and manage the candidate lifecycle
• Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial qualification through placement
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with Sales and Account Managers to support client delivery
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and recruiting activity
• Help drive quality, speed, and consistency throughout the recruiting process

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3+ years of professional experience
• Interest in recruiting, sales, or aviation
• Strong organization and communication skills
• A competitive, motivated, and coachable mindset
• Bonus points for prior recruiting or sales experience
