The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage a 360-desk, taking ownership of both client relationships and candidate management. This role emphasizes business development, requiring you to grow your portfolio by engaging new clients while continuing to support ongoing recruitment assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients. Build long-term relationships through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
• Client Management: Partner with organizations to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent, including leveraging job boards, social media, and your personal network.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and placement.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and labor market insights to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share leads, support searches, and deliver exceptional service.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (experience in a 360-desk environment is a strong asset).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, CRM systems, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
