A well-established Specialist Recruitment Consulting business based in Plettenberg Bay, requires the full-time services of a target driven Recruiter or External Sales and Marketing Consultant, with a proven track record (minimum 2-3+ years) in external (services) sales to take accountability for full life cycle sales. POSITION INFO
Job description
- Maintain and service existing client database
- Expand client base - new business development, canvassing new clients
- Continuous follow-up and building network of contacts, secure client agreements
- Understand client environments and requirements
- Data crunching, research and analysis
- Strong time management and work under pressure - TARGET DRIVEN
- Compile and advertise positions on various platforms
- Screen and match candidates to client requirements, interviews, verifications and checks - full recruitment life cycle (in service training will be provided)
- General administration (above average reading and typing skills will be an advantage)
Requirements
- Minimum Matric. Tertiary Qualification highly recommended
- Must be living in Plettenberg Bay or surrounds, must be prepared to work office based during office hours (NOT negotiable)
- A proven track record of at least 2-3+ years in external sales essential, preferably in the services sector. NOT Retail sales
- A strong pipeline to conversion ratio, strong relationship building, and an existing database of contacts, network or clients will secure success
- Previous recruitment experience will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), meticulous attention to detail
- Must have sound knowledge of marketing, MS Word, and the ability to easily master new software packages
- Must be completely bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Candidates with high emotional intelligence, resilience, ability to work independently but also strong team players, are most likely to succeed in this exciting, yet demanding industry
- Must be flexible and adaptable, keen to learn and driven to succeed
- High standard of work ethic, reliability and integrity NOT NEGOTIABLE
- An understanding of recruitment/talent acquisition and resource requirements, or experience as real estate agent, will be beneficial

Remuneration
Basic plus commission – target driven. EXCELLENT ON-TARGET-EARNINGS and scope for growth! Salary package is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
