What You Will Do:

• Become a Niche IT Specialist - Develop deep market expertise through our comprehensive training programme and position yourself as a trusted authority in your field.
• Partner with Industry Leaders - Work with clients across Ireland’s key sectors, including pharmaceutical, medical devices, and financial services, delivering top IT talent to build high-performing tech teams.
• Master the Full Recruitment Cycle - Learn to manage client and candidate relationships, negotiate and close deals, grow accounts, and become a pivotal driver of business success.

What You Will Have:

• Professional Experience – 3+ years’ post-education experience in any field.
• Work Eligibility - EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa, and currently based in Dublin or planning to relocate.

Compensation

Average Total Earnings Year 1 - €47,000+, Year 2: €65,000+

(Base Salary DOE – Starting Range Early-Mid Thirties)
