Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Information Technology sector. This is a remote‑first opportunity, allowing you to leverage your expertise in sourcing and placing top IT talent without the constraints of a physical office. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and driving successful placements within the tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for IT roles, from initial client consultation to offer negotiation.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and objectives.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about IT industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms for successful candidates.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team placement targets.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track candidate pipelines and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the IT sector.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles (e.g., software developers, system administrators, network engineers, data scientists).
- Excellent understanding of IT terminology and market trends.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing platforms.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
