ZAR 20,000 - 25,000 per month (DOE)

Competitive, uncapped structure (Realistic OTE ZAR 40k-50k+ per month)

We are hiring on behalf of a UK based recruitment firm working in the Oil & Gas sector

As they enter an aggressive growth phase, they are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join their fully remote team.

They are scaling, and need future leaders to grow with them. This role comes with a genuine promise: succeed here, and you will be fast-tracked into management.

The Role

You will take full ownership of a 360 desk covering the Oil & Gas and wider Energy markets.

You'll be recruiting across disciplines including: • Engineering (all disciplines) • Project Management • Technical Services • HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) • Operations & Maintenance • Renewables & Transition Energy

Your day-to-day: • New Business Development: Proactively hunting and securing partnerships with engineering firms, operators, and contractors. • Candidate Generation: Headhunting passive, highly skilled professionals who aren't looking at job boards. • Account Management: Building deep, long-term relationships with clients who trust you to deliver. • Market Intelligence: Becoming the go-to expert on talent trends in the energy sector.
