Your Responsibilities

• As a Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d), you are the ambassador of our employer brand - appreciative, reliable, empathetic, honest, and trustworthy.
• Through your active sourcing activities and target-group-specific communication on social networks, you not only find and inspire the right talents for us but also contribute to shaping and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• You create creative and excellent job advertisements and accompany the entire selection process.
• From application receipt, checking and assessing documents to conducting qualified candidate interviews, you always keep an eye on the professional qualification and personal fit for the respective client requirements.
• You create professionally prepared candidate profiles with all relevant information for our clients.
• You professionally contribute your experiences, ideas, and creative solution approaches, which are always welcome.

Your Qualifications

• You have a commercial vocational training (e.g., HR services clerk or industrial clerk) or a degree (e.g., Business Administration).
• You already have initial experience in recruiting and personnel support, ideally in personnel services.
• You have an affinity for modern software solutions and feel at home in the online world.
• You have a secure command of the German language in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
