This role is integral to identifying, engaging, and placing top‑tier technology professionals with our diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, and facilitating the offer process.
  • This requires a proactive approach to business development, building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • You will leverage various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks, to identify passive and active talent.
  • Excellent understanding of the tech landscape, including current trends, in‑demand skills, and emerging technologies, is essential.
  • You will conduct in‑depth candidate interviews, assess technical qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit.
  • Negotiation of compensation packages and closing candidates are key aspects of the role.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You must be highly motivated, resilient, and possess a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the technology domain, is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
