You will work with an existing client base and have the opportunity to build further on strong relationships in the technical and industrial sector. Duties & Responsibilities

Looking for a recruitment desk with existing clients and real placement potential — while still having the freedom to develop your own client relationships? West Coast Personnel is seeking a Technical Recruitment Consultant to take over an established niche desk within our boutique recruitment agency in Table View, Cape Town. This role suits a recruiter who enjoys working with people, developing client relationships, negotiating offers and closing successful placements. West Coast Personnel is a respected boutique recruitment agency with a long-standing client base. Our consultants work in a supportive, professional environment with strong administrative backing, allowing them to focus on building relationships, sourcing quality candidates and delivering excellent recruitment outcomes. The Role You will manage the full recruitment cycle, including:

• Working with an existing technical client base

• Developing new client relationships and securing job specifications

• Taking detailed job briefs and advising clients

• Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates

• Presenting candidates to clients

• Managing interview processes

• Negotiating offers and closing placements
