WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

  • Pre-selection of applications in coordination with the responsible Recruiter and Hiring Managers
  • Scheduling and coordination of job interviews
  • Publishing internal and external job advertisements via the internal HR system
  • Reimbursement of travel costs to external candidates
  • Coordinating E2E Recruitment for selected positions
  • Other administrative tasks as required

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in German and very good command of English
  • Good working knowledge of MS-Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Working experience with ATS, preferably SAP Success Factors, will be an asset
