About the Role: We are a fast-growing UK cleaning company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding cleaning staff across the UK. You’ll collaborate with our operations team to keep candidate records accurate, manage communications, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct brief phone interviews with potential candidates • Maintain and update online candidate records • Track data accurately using Excel • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling in Outlook • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team • Answer calls and take detailed messages when required
