Recruitment Coordinator

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Provider Recruitment team in the role of Recruitment Coordinator.
The Recruitment Coordinator facilitates the movement of candidates through the recruitment process. Responsibilities include posting open positions to job boards, sourcing of candidates, conducting candidate preassessments, coordinating candidate travel, scheduling interviews across departments, handling last‑minute scheduling changes, conducting background checks, and working closely with recruiters, candidates, department leaders, and team members to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and provides a high touch to candidates.
Key Relationships
- Reports to: Executive Director‑Talent Acquisition
- Direct Reports: None
- Working with: Provider Recruiters, Project Managers
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR or Recruiting preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline‑conscious, results‑driven environment.
- Ability to work in a team, but also independently.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Strong time management / organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Writer, Teams, and SharePoint).
