Responsibilities

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Interview candidates (in-person, phone, video) for high-volume roles
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through consistent communication
  • Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
  • Screen and prepare candidates for placement success
  • Manage pipelines and keep candidates engaged
  • Track recruiting activity (interviews, offers, starts, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn
  • Support onboarding and compliance (background checks, I-9s, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Marketing, etc.)
