Responsibilities
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Interview candidates (in-person, phone, video) for high-volume roles
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through consistent communication
- Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
- Screen and prepare candidates for placement success
- Manage pipelines and keep candidates engaged
- Track recruiting activity (interviews, offers, starts, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn
- Support onboarding and compliance (background checks, I-9s, etc.)
Requirements

- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask

- Experience with ATS systems (Bullhorn is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Marketing, etc.)
