Role Description

This is a commission-based position for a Recruitment Coordinator, for our club based on-site in Callaway, FL. The Recruitment Coordinator will manage recruitment efforts by sourcing/recruiting top-level players for our club. This role includes interacting with prospective candidates, collaborating with staff to determine needs, and assisting with related administrative tasks. The position requires strong soccer background specifically the ability to recruit talent.
