On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto or Halifax office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate hiring cohort classes for the Advice Centre
  • Assist managers with request setup
  • Coordinate candidate submissions with suppliers
  • Enter offers into the Vendor Management System (VMS)
  • Keep all parties informed of project status

Mandatory Skills

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or related work
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Client service experience and mindset, ideally with senior managers and leaders in a corporate setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and through video conferences
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and sense of urgency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize a high-volume workload

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Staffing Agency experience
  • Experience with Beeline, Fieldglass, or another Vendor Management System (VMS)
  • Data Analysis experience
  • Experience with recruiting/onboarding in a high-volume environment

Assignment Details

  • Length: 6-month contract position
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Location: Halifax/Toronto, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3-4 days onsite.
