About
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto or Halifax office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring cohort classes for the Advice Centre
- Assist managers with request setup
- Coordinate candidate submissions with suppliers
- Enter offers into the Vendor Management System (VMS)
- Keep all parties informed of project status
Mandatory Skills
- 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or related work
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Client service experience and mindset, ideally with senior managers and leaders in a corporate setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and through video conferences
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and sense of urgency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize a high-volume workload
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Staffing Agency experience
- Experience with Beeline, Fieldglass, or another Vendor Management System (VMS)
- Data Analysis experience
- Experience with recruiting/onboarding in a high-volume environment
Assignment Details
- Length: 6-month contract position
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Halifax/Toronto, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3-4 days onsite.
