The Recruitment Executive will play an integral role in managing the hiring process at ORA MAKERS PVT LTD. This full-time, on-site role is located in Bilaspur and includes responsibilities such as developing job descriptions, managing recruitment strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, and collaborating with departments to meet staffing requirements. The Recruitment Executive will ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining alignment with the company’s values and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Job Description Development to attract qualified candidates
• Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with candidates and internal teams
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s/Master degree in Human Resource Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3‑5 years experience in recruitment required.
