About the Role
- We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates or NYSC corps members who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources to join our team.
- As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to supporting interview processes. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical HR skills within a dynamic remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Screen, shortlist, and recommend qualified candidates for open roles
- Communicate with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Support scheduling and coordination of interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives
- Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or NYSC corps member with a strong interest in Human Resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, etc.
- Familiarity with social media platforms e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
