Key Responsibilities

  • Screen, shortlist, and recommend qualified candidates for open roles

  • Support scheduling and coordination of interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, etc.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
