Location: Anywhere in Canada
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 + bonus + benefits
The Opportunity
The Recruitment Manager is a non‑billing leadership role focused on supporting experienced agency recruiters as they grow and scale their recruitment desks. Working closely with the Partners, Director, Training Manager, and Recruiter Development Manager, you will help experienced consultants:
- Strengthen desk strategy
- Improve business development effectiveness
- Increase placement conversion
- Build disciplined recruitment processes
- Maintain strong pipelines and activity levels
- Maximize the commercial opportunity within their markets
You will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and strategic sounding board for experienced recruiters. This role requires someone who understands the commercial reality of agency recruitment and can help consultants navigate the challenges and opportunities of building a successful desk.
What You Will Be Accountable For
Consultant Coaching & Leadership
- Support experienced recruiters to strengthen their recruitment businesses by improving:
- Desk strategy and market positioning
- Client development and account growth
- Candidate pipeline management
- Conversion across the recruitment process
- Time management and activity discipline
Performance & Accountability
- Help consultants build structured plans to achieve their goals through activity expectations, pipeline planning, client acquisition strategies, and desk growth strategy
- Provide consistent feedback and accountability to ensure performance remains strong
Revenue Growth
- Support consultants in growing their desks into highly productive recruitment businesses
- Develop elite‑performing consultants, including the development of DMC’s first $1M biller
Leadership Development
- Identify consultants with leadership potential and help develop the next generation of leaders within the business
Hiring & Talent Identification
- Work with leadership to identify and hire new recruitment consultants who align with DMC’s culture and long‑term vision
What We Are Looking For
This role requires someone who understands agency recruitment at a deep level. We are specifically looking for someone with recruitment agency experience who has held a leadership or management position within a recruitment firm.
You Will Likely Bring
- Strong agency recruitment experience
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing recruiters
- A clear understanding of how recruitment desks grow commercially
- The ability to coach experienced recruiters
- A structured, disciplined approach to performance management
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
