Role Overview
As a Recruitment Manager-IT (Implementation Partners / SI) at the company, your role will involve assigning requirements promptly, collaborating with Leads and Recruiters to ensure timely assignment of requirements, and analyzing recruiter availability for efficient assignment of requirements without delay. You will be responsible for conducting quality checks of resumes before submissions, accepting and rejecting requirements in the system, and communicating all heads‑up requirements from Account Managers to the recruiting team. Additionally, you will liaise between Account Managers and Recruiting team members, generate daily performance reports, and make recommendations to enhance delivery and client numbers. It will be your responsibility to ensure all submissions adhere to client policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as monitor and follow up on all communications related to assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign requirements as soon as they come in and collaborate with Leads and Recruiters for timely assignment
- Analyze recruiter availability and assign requirements promptly without delay
- Conduct quality checks of resumes before submissions and ensure compliance with client policies
- Communicate heads‑up requirements from Account Managers to the recruiting team
- Generate daily performance reports and make recommendations to improve delivery and client numbers
- Monitor and follow up on all communications related to assigned clients
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior recent US Staffing experience is mandatory, with at least 7‑10 years of experience
Qualification Required
- Prior US Staffing/US Recruitment experience in the IT domain
