Responsibilities

  • Lead digital recruitment marketing campaigns in collaboration with international agencies.
  • Roll out recruitment marketing campaigns to markets with candidate attraction challenges.
  • Take ownership of the career site and coordinate content development with creative teams, Employer Branding specialists, and design agencies.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and local HR teams to tailor messages for different markets and target groups.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
  • Transform recruitment marketing from ad hoc support to a structural, centralized function.
  • Play a key role in career site renewal, optimizing user journey and application flow.

Team

The Recruitment Marketeer is part of the Talent Acquisition team within Human Resources and reports directly to the Manager Talent Acquisition. This position works closely with Employer Branding Specialists, Country HR and Supply Chain HR teams, IHQ Talent Acquisition team, Data Analysts, UX Designers, and Digital experts.

Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, digital marketing, or employer branding, preferably in a fast-growing or international company.
  • Proven understanding of digital channels including social, search, and programmatic.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and common digital marketing metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with MS Excel; Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written. Dutch and another European language are considered a plus.
