Recruitment Officer

About Us

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organisational ability, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
• Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
• Source candidates through databases, job boards, and networking
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background screening
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding of new employees

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems (ATS experience advantageous)
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
