Position Information
We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to source, engage, and place mid–senior level engineering professionals. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build client relationships, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end desk ownership: client wins, role briefs, candidate search, screening, and offers
- Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and hiring teams
- Present shortlists, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations
- Hit weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets; maintain accurate CRM records
- Act as a market expert for engineering roles, salary trends, and skills
Requirements
- Tertiary Qualification is a must
- Excellent communication, resilience, and a consultative sales mindset
- Target-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple live roles
- Right to work in South Africa
- Proven sourcing skills and confidence with LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM
