In this pivotal role within our Human Resources team, you will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Superintendent. Your focus will be on proactivity in sourcing qualified candidates while adhering to our safety and ethical standards. By leading the recruitment process, you will contribute immensely to building a diverse and capable workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
• Screen and identify candidates for hiring managers
• Conduct interviews using targeted selection techniques
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout recruitment

Requirements

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Familiarity with targeted selection interview methods
• Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Proficiency in French; English proficiency is a plus
