TekPillar is seeking a proactive and tech‑savvy AI Recruitment Specialist to join our Surat team. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools and modern sourcing platforms to streamline recruitment, enhance candidate experience, and support a high‑performing hiring team.

  • Experience: 0 to 5 years
  • Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat (On‑Site)
  • Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
  • Utilize AI‑powered tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, sourcing tools) to optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closure of roles.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and maintain recruitment MIS, pipelines, and reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals.
  • Awareness or hands‑on experience with AI recruitment tools (ChatGPT or similar).
