TekPillar is seeking a proactive and tech‑savvy AI Recruitment Specialist to join our Surat team. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools and modern sourcing platforms to streamline recruitment, enhance candidate experience, and support a high‑performing hiring team.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years
- Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat (On‑Site)
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
- Utilize AI‑powered tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, sourcing tools) to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closure of roles.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process.
- Track and maintain recruitment MIS, pipelines, and reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Awareness or hands‑on experience with AI recruitment tools (ChatGPT or similar).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Target‑driven mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
