We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and help attract exceptional talent that supports our rapid growth and high-performance culture. The Recruitment Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles including manufacturing roles, skilled engineering roles as well as office positions. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented talent acquisition professional who brings strong sourcing capability, excellent candidate experience management skills, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
   • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization—job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
   • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality shortlists.
   • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
   • Use advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, networks, niche forums) to attract high-quality candidates.
