As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be a key partner with stakeholders, driving the entire hiring process for hourly positions. This role involves creating and posting job listings, strategizing hiring efforts, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and managing background checks. Strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and proficiency in full life‑cycle recruiting are essential for success. Familiarity with Workday and Phenom is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Primary Responsibilities
- Meet hiring goals for your designated territory.
- Engage with potential candidates via social media and professional networks, including LinkedIn.
- Compose and send targeted recruiting emails.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search, to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Track conversion rates from passive candidates through to hire.
- Promote our employer brand both online and offline.
- Manage candidate databases using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Keep past applicants informed about new job opportunities.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Hands‑on skills in sourcing candidates through various online platforms.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Management Systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to positively present our company and job roles to potential candidates.
- Strong time‑management abilities.
