As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be a key partner with stakeholders, driving the entire hiring process for hourly positions. This role involves creating and posting job listings, strategizing hiring efforts, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and managing background checks. Strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and proficiency in full life‑cycle recruiting are essential for success. Familiarity with Workday and Phenom is an advantage, but not mandatory.

  • Compose and send targeted recruiting emails.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Track conversion rates from passive candidates through to hire.
  • Promote our employer brand both online and offline.
  • Manage candidate databases using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Keep past applicants informed about new job opportunities.
